Moments: Journal for teens
This journal was created specifically to be used by high school students and in schools. It is created to give bitesize moments of reflection by focusing and introducing different topics. The goal of this journal is to help increase our emotional space and become more present and more attentive to our values, what we believe and our emotions. By opening this window of introspection, we are more grounded and feel a sense of gratitude and purpose.Students are encouraged to take a moment every day to work in their journal. Take a moment for gratitude, self-awareness, encouragement, happiness, consciousness, growth, healing, mindfulness, connection, observation, perspective, affirmation, reflection, acceptance, choice, and mostly for hope.
